Counselling can offer you a space in which you can explore your feelings and thoughts in a safe and confidential environment. As a counsellor, my role is to listen in non-judgemental way and remain objective as you uncover and understand what has been troubling you. I can add clarity or perspective, in a way perhaps those close to you cannot.
